Job Title: Global People Operations Manager Contract: 3m FTC to Perm. Location: LondonHybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH. Salary: £90,000 + 10% Bonus. NB: Our client requires a January start for this role, so candidates must be available to start at short notice. JGA are partnering with an exciting tech business seeking a Global People Operations Manager to oversee their international function. Key Responsibilities:

Improve key employee experiences and operational processes.
Collaborate with HR leadership and senior stakeholders on strategy and integration projects.
Own global HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring local compliance.
Lead and develop an international People Operations team.
Drive HR tech innovations, data insights, and reporting.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and global mobility with precision.

About You:

Proven international HR Operations expertise with deep generalist knowledge.
Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
Experienced in HR transformation, M&A, and fast-paced environments.
A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
