About the role:
This is an exciting time to join the organisation and put your stamp on HR! The role offers a chance to build the HR agenda in a supportive and talent focused environment with the chance to grow in the post for the future. Currently a stand alone position reporting into the CEO you will work on the end to end employment lifecycle covering all HR generalist areas. Below are some key skills required:
- Driving strategic HR - implementing HR policies and procedures and HR initiatives that drive a excellent culture and business performance
- Employee relations - excellent employment law experience working across a variety of cases and training managers on how to handle difficult conversations
- Payroll - experience managing payroll, this is for c 50 headcount and will have support of exec team.
- Driver of performance, talent and engagement - ensuring their employees have the tools to successes and opportunity to develop and progress with the business.
- Recruitment - experience running end to end recruitment processes and assisting Managers on best practise and inclusive processes.
About you:
You will be an experienced HR Generalist that has either worked in a standalone role with ownership of HR or part of a small team. You will be used to working in small businesses that operate across a commercial landscape and be a true people champion. This is a brilliant role for an ambitious HR generalist that is looking to continue to grow their expertise. You must have worked on Payroll in a recent role and feel confident managing this. You will also have worked across employee relations and end to end employee lifecycle work.
Salary: £55,000 - £57,000 + 10% bonus and 2 days in office
