Reporting into the HR Director, and working as part of a small, yet mighty HR team, you will have sole responsibility for overhauling the HR operational offering across this business. This will heavily focus around policies, process and procedures whilst reviewing core functional operations such as Payroll, Bens, and onboarding.The successful candidate will have proven experience of operating in this space with change and transformation being something that they can easily turn their hand too. Our client is looking for excellent energy, knowledge and technical expertise as they expand into new projects for 2025. This will include implementing a new HRIS and enhancing the payroll and benefit offering.This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who wants to make this their own.
