Our client, a hospitality company are looking for a HR Advisor to join their London team and instil value through the HR function. This role is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity working in Central London on a standalone basis. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about bringing people together and looking to take the next step in their career.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a key point of contact to heads of business and line management, advising on all manner of People solutions including appraisals and performance management
  • Developing and updating HR policies in line with greater business objectives
  • Acting as force for continued improvement in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management and safeguarding policies and practices
  • Extracting data from HR systems to produce regular reports, to be used as tools to inform future HR practice
  • Continuing to evaluate Employee Reward and Wellbeing offers to ensure they are providing maximum benefit to the workforce
  • Committing to fostering a strong, positive and inclusive culture amongst the various teams, in line with the company’s greater vision
Skills & Experience required:
  • Prior experience within the Hospitality industry is ideal
  • CIPD or other relevant HR qualification
  • Must have a driving licence and own car
  • 3-4 years’ experience in HR
  • Previous experience working with different sites is advantageous
  • A highly skilled communicator, adept at persuading and influencing stakeholders
  • Analytical, with an ability to extract crucial data for reporting purposes
