About the Role:As the HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role support the HRBPs in shaping the future of the organisation by supporting significant change initiatives. Working across exciting mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE projects, you’ll partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to deliver seamless integration and transformation. This is your chance to apply your HR expertise in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, and your impact will be felt across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to lead the successful delivery of M&A, TUPE, and restructuring programmes.
  • Taking ownership of key projects and acting as a trusted advisor on all HR aspects throughout the lifecycle of M&A deals.
  • Providing proactive, commercially-minded solutions to align people strategies with the organisation’s evolving needs.
  • Leading continuous improvements in HR policies, processes, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Supporting complex employee relations issues, including performance management, grievances, and absence management, ensuring smooth transitions during change.
  • Partnering with recruitment and learning teams to onboard new talent and integrate development opportunities for incoming employees.
  • Supporting reward initiatives, including annual pay reviews and bonus eligibility in M&A activities.
  • Coaching HR Administrators, sharing your expertise to drive team success and development.
  • Analysing HR data to present insights and trends to senior management, influencing strategic decisions.

About You:You are a proactive and confident HR professional with a deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and TUPE regulations. With experience in managing complex projects, you’ll have a track record of providing pragmatic solutions in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are a must. CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent qualification is required.
