- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements within HR operations to support
- Providing support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems, addressing employee queries and resolving promptly
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business systems
- Generating and supporting updates to HR documentation, including contracts and policies, as required
- Generating reports on HR data and providing analysis, assisting with regular reporting as required, and presenting data in a meaningful, engaging way
- Assisting in the coordination and administration of mid and end-of-year performance reviews processes, including the development of guidelines and employee communications, and assisting the Learning & Development team with providing training and support to managers
- Assisting in building training materials and delivering training to employees and managers to ensure users can confidently adopt the system by the implementation date; post-implementation continuing to ensure training is provided to new users as required
- Supporting HR activities associated with the setup of new entities and branches, including generating employment contractual documents, policies, and setting up HR systems to support this
- Assisting with global mobility processes, including relocations and international transfers
- Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
