- Build strong relationships with all staffing groups to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to improve overall HR process, policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to school leaders and stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on HR matters including employee relations, performance management and talent management.
- Support the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing candidate interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
