My client is a leading secondary school based in the City of London, looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to the HR team.  The role works closely across the different staffing areas of the school, to provide a comprehensive HR service. Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with all staffing groups to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to improve overall HR process, policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to school leaders and stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on HR matters including employee relations, performance management and talent management.
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing candidate interviews.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to provide a seamless HR service to the group
