Highly people and culture-focused music business looking to bring on board their first HR hire!

The People and Culture Partner owns all People & Culture operations, building on the great foundation they have in place and ensuring they are ready for the next phase as the business and market continue to evolve.

This will be a remote role, ideally UK or EMEA based, full time or 4 days.

The culture is progressive and holistic, with well-being and development being at the centre of the company values! They are a remote-first organisation with a diverse and global workforce, but large proportion in the UK.

This is very much a top-to-bottom role, they are looking for someone who is an operational whizz - overseeing the process improvement side of things as well as defining the HR strategy and driving forward People & Culture initiatives - working closely with the CFO and COO with a big focus on culture, engagement.

Reporting into the leadership team, having your finger on the pulse at all times, as well as the ability to establish strong relationships across the remote first business with a variety of functions will be the key to success in this role.

The role would suit ambitious HR Manager level candidates heading towards 'Head of People' and looking to elevate their experience and really put their own stamp on a role. You will ideally come from a music background and used to working in a smaller business, either in a standalone role or within a small HR team.

You will be a creative thinker with a highly progressive approach and thrive.
