This is a hybrid role part office (SW London) part home working.
About the Role:
- Experience of Facility Security Cleared and Industry Personnel Security Assurance requirements an advantage.
- Experience of delivering against IPSA audit requirements
- Responsible for embedding IPSA requirements into current policies and procedures
- Displays an understanding of the insider threats, best practice guidance and prevention methodologies
- Can engage across departments and levels, working collaboratively to deliver outcomes at pace with limited guidance
- Adaptable approach, taking into account academic style establishment and a broad neurodiverse audience
- Delivers enthusiastic training across the organisation to embed approved security enhancements into the culture
- Displays utmost integrity when dealing with sensitive issues including details relating to security investigations
- Management experience of a team preferable
- In date SC clearance preferred
