A great opportunity to join our shared services HR Team recruiting for roles across the businesses in our UK Group.
You will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles across the organisations. You will works closely with hiring managers, and the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process whilst ensuring a brilliant candidate experience!
Your main responsibilities are:
Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
Review CVs and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Negotiate and extend job offers and handle contract and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the recruitment industry.
Attend relevant networking events to increase visibility of the company and build constructive network of contacts
Ensure all recruitment queries and needs are met in a timely and effective way.
Ensure all documents are retained in accordance with the retention schedule and archived as appropriate, always complying with GDPR requirements.
Provide additional support to team members as required.
