The Internal Talent Acquisition position is pivotal to the Professional Services team, playing a key role in acquiring top talent and maintaining our high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the engagement, onboarding, and management of the contingent workforce for a seamless recruitment process.

Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract engagements from sourcing to offboarding.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant team members.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Profile

  • Prior recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting contingent workers.
  • International recruitment exposure beyond the UK, such as in the US, Europe, MENA, or APAC regions.
  • Strong understanding of IR35 regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • A keen eye for identifying top talent.
