Agile Transformation Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (based in London)

Daily Rate: £600
Security Clearance: SC clearance is required for this role.
Job Summary: The Agile Transformation Project Manager will lead and guide Agile transformation initiatives at an enterprise level. This role involves coaching at a portfolio level, influencing Agile delivery teams and middle management, and restructuring the organisation to adopt Agile practices. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to implement Agile strategies, gather and present metrics, and ensure successful Agile adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide Agile delivery teams, their managers, and middle management at a portfolio level.
- Suggest and communicate various Agile strategies in a complex business environment.
- Instruct the customer on appropriate metrics to be gathered and presented to enable decision-making and show progress.
- Provide expertise in Jira for metrics and light configuration.
- Lead the restructuring of the organisation to support Agile practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful Agile transformation.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in coaching at a portfolio level (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Proven ability to guide and influence Agile delivery teams and middle management.
- Experience in suggesting and implementing Agile strategies in complex business environments.
- Proficiency in Jira for advising on metrics and light configuration.
- Demonstrable experience at an enterprise level.
- Experience in leading organisational restructuring.
- Agile accreditation (even if expired) is preferred.
- Security Clearance (SC) is required for this role.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work arrangement based in London.
- May require working outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
