Decisioning Scientist - PEGA, NBA Propositions sought by leading bank based fully remote.
**Inside IR35 - Fully remote (UK Only)**
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively to define and deploy a range of Next Best Action (NBA) propositions within our decisioning capability
- Partner with the relevant business area, using data to optimise the customer contact strategy and maintain a positive working relationship
- Deliver NBA propositions across the full life cycle of development (opportunity analysis, design, implementation, execution and evaluation
Knowledge and Experience
- Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline or equivalent practical experience in an analysis related field
- Hands on experience with Pega (or an equivalent decisioning capability)
- Good understanding of analytical/ database querying software, data visualisation software, big data environments and/ or using cloud environments for analysis for customer propositions
- Awareness of the Adobe Web Analytics Toolset
- Experience of articulating and translating business questions using statistical or analytical techniques
- Good stakeholder management skills and an effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience of managing risks
Accountabilities
- Provide a high quality customer decisioning capability supporting the end to end development cycle delivering timely, tailored and personalised content in any channel
- Explore data within a range of analytical tools (e.g. SAS / SQL ) and undertake insight analysis to identify and design high impact NBA customer propositions
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis and manages multiple deliveries concurrently
- Understand and review the performance of NBA propositions and make recommendations and refinements to improve the customer contact solution
- Build and deploy NBA propositions into live customer facing channel environments through our decisioning capability
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure requirements map to the technical design
- Consistently display behaviours which give clarity on how we should approach our jobs and support each other to reach our full potential
