Summary:

Sitting within the Global Total Rewards Team, this role will manage two critical projects with impacts across the organisation. This role will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery. The role will work with a variety of stakeholders including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, Total Rewards team, wider HR, and business representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects in a complex corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

The Role

  • Development and ongoing management of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Adherence to project methodology best practice and associated creation/maintenance of project artefacts
  • Ensure alignment across multiple projects to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities, and acting as a point of liaison between the two projects and the external advisors.
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
  • Effective stakeholder management planning and delivery, including coordination of the project status updates for leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven success managing complex, global/regional HR projects (Total Rewards experience beneficial)
  • Strong organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience facilitating and supporting change management activities
  • Ability to present information and updates in an engaging way to senior leaders
  • Advanced MS Powerpoint skills

Desirable:

  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including country regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organisation
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
  • Project Management qualification
