Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced and innovative Account Director with a strong focus on PPC and Paid Social to join the team. This leadership role involves developing strategic marketing campaigns, guiding high-performing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving exceptional client results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management:

  • Lead client accounts with strategic vision aligned to business goals.
  • Understand client industries and identify growth opportunities.
  • Make data-driven decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor and support account management teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments for integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with teams.
  • Train team members on best practices to enhance campaign delivery.

Operations & Communication:

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee project management tools to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct team check-ins and contribute to director-level discussions.
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings for team development.
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide the professional development of Account Managers and Executives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins focusing on workload and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and opportunities.

Agency Contribution:

  • Lead agency-wide initiatives and contribute to webinars and events.
  • Set and monitor OKRs for team and individual growth.

New Business Development:

  • Play a key role in new business pitches and storytelling.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and forecast potential investments.

Channel Expertise:

  • Provide strategic expertise in PPC and Paid Social campaign management.
  • Stay current with industry changes, including cookieless environments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of PPC and Paid Social platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and data analysis.

  • Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
