This is an exciting and varied role supporting the delivery of the individual giving programme, stewarding existing donors and maximising income across various marketing campaigns and activities.

As the Individual Giving Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Plan and deliver multi-channel direct, telemarketing and digital marketing campaigns
- Take the lead on strategies within existing campaigns
- Work closely with the manager to forecast income and expenditure or campaigns, ensuring spend remains within budget
- Managing all aspects of supporter journeys. Reviewing data, cancelling and implementing communications to reduce attrition.
- Building relationships with the community team to maximise income
The successful Individual Giving Officer will have the following related skills / experience:
- Experience of individual giving fundraising or transferable experience
- Experience of developing compelling marketing materials and copy for print, web and social media
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with advanced excel experience
