Membership Sales & Account Manager - Football Investing (Part Time)

We're recruiting for a Membership Sales and Account Manager on behalf of our client, Stats Profit, a UK-based provider of data-driven football investing insights.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in converting potential clients into paying members, guiding them through the unique offerings of Stats Profit's football betting system. You’ll host engaging, 1-on-1 Zoom consultations, answering questions and helping prospective members make informed decisions. Once onboarded, you’ll continue to support and engage members, helping them maximise their experience and success throughout their membership.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to email leads, booking prospects into 1-on-1 Zoom consultations.
- Plan, structure, and host these Zoom sessions to introduce Stats Profit’s football investing system to potential members.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to convert prospects into committed members.
- Maintain and manage relationships with members, providing ongoing support through their investment journey.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement in member engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally with consultative sales skills.
- Strong interest in or understanding of football investing, betting, or trading.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly on Zoom.
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage member interactions independently.
- UK-based and able to work 5 hours per week.
