Regional Account Manager - London + Essex

**A Full Current UK driving Licence is required**

CRP Group are currently working with a national Hydraulic market leader and hose specialist who have undergone rapid expansion within their business in various locations across the UK

We are currently seeking a motivated Regional Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts, primarily across London. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who excels in customer relationship management and business development within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the London region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with clients to support their needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s services to drive engagement and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee the full account lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing support and development.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with centre managers, the sales team, and other colleagues to ensure alignment on client goals and smooth account management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management or regional sales, ideally in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and influencing client decisions.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
