An excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join the Global Marketing Ops team at a well known international entertainment / broadcast organisation.
ESSENTIALS -
- Expert knowledge of project management and production workflows in a media landscape
- Deep understanding of various types of video and digital media
- Extensive experience of working with a high volume of media assets for a global organsation
This will initially be a maternity cover contract, with an asap start and running through until mid January 2026.
This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the London office and 2 wfh. Candidates must be based in London and should be available to start at short notice.
Ideally candidates will have used Monday.com or similar and an additional language skill would be desirable. This role would suit someone from another large broadcaster/ streamer or global agency.
Role -
The Global Marketing Operations team manages asset distribution, stakeholder communication, and marketing support across APAC, EMEA, and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Distribution:
- Own the global asset management, stakeholder management, timelines, and distribution of an assigned campaign for channels (US & Local Productions) across every asset created for A/V, key art, production stills, social and digital assets.
- Prioritise campaign deliverables and work closely with regions to continually meet the needs of the market as priorities shift in territory.
- Manage a team of coordinators handling end-to-end campaign information across the portfolio of marketing assets.
Strategic focus:
- Support the Director to design new global process across different channel brands between Creative teams and Networks, ensuring alignment with regional and local needs and best practices.
- Lead strategic marketing operational initiatives continuously looking to improve efficiencies and workflows.
- Play a lead role in supporting the global teams to deliver new wave of launches in international regions.
- Manage the workflow and partnerships of Local Original Production EMEA and develop process for APAC (2026)
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish new and existing relationships with key licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and partners of the Marketing Operations team, providing high-level service to those. Specifically, stakeholders in EMEA & INSEAK.
- Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Media Relations and Creative to ensure they are collectively aligned with US and global teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years global project management experience
- Flexibility of hours, as you will be working closely with New York based teams. This will include overtime, weekend and holidays when needed.
- Team player and experience managing high volume of projects and prioritising complex schedules.
