Monday to Friday

9-5.30pm

The administrator will be working within a busy property management company reporting directly to the Head of Operations, we require a competent Operations Support Assistant to undertake the following duties:

The role of the Administrator is as follows:

路 Answering incoming calls, redirecting to appropriate parties, taking and passing on messages (including distribution of voicemails)

路 Dealing with incoming correspondence, post and email

路 Preparing and sending outgoing correspondence, post and email including couriers when required

路 Printing / scanning / filing

路 Arranging office repairs

路 Liaison with office cleaner

路 Ensuring adequate stock of office supplies

路 Ensuring meeting rooms / entrance and reception areas are tidy, presentable and equipment functional

路 Basic IT fault finding, resolving and escalation to external support as necessary

路 Greeting and welcoming incoming visitors and offering refreshments

路 Banking (taking cheques to be paid in)

路 General local errands

路 Data entry / maintenance of existing information

路 Admin support to Head of Operations and Directors as requested

路 Upkeep of internal key system including key cutting

路Adhoc duties as and when required

The successful Administrator should be able to demonstrate a proactive, methodical, organized approach to tasks along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, understand instructions and a willingness to learn and develop.
