We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Chief of Staff to join a prestigious family office supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual. The ideal candidate will be a Russian speaker and possess a dynamic, discreet, and solution-driven approach to managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile family office in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the principal and their businesses, including secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with a wide range of advisors, including business, tax, legal, and medical professionals.
  • Oversee and manage all household staff in the UK, including staff rotas, weekly meetings, task allocation, and adherence to procedures.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for household and office staff.
  • Handle all financial aspects of the private office, including weekly financial reporting, payroll, expense management, tax filing, and insurance reviews.
  • Oversee all legal matters, including contracts, employment agreements, NDAs, and liaising with lawyers to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage the family office's asset portfolio, including artwork and property rentals, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management.
  • Maintain strict financial policies and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to company financial practices.
  • Open to International travelling

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar high-level role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, always proactive and willing to take on any challenge.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with the flexibility to deal with changing priorities.
  • A strong communicator who is able to work effectively with senior-level professionals and household staff alike.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluent in Russian (preferred).
