Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front office reception, providing support to staff, students, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter and maintain data in the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Monitor and track student attendance and absences through the MIS.
  • Communicate directly with students and parents regarding attendance and other school matters.
  • Coordinate room bookings and ensure all logistics are in place.
  • Welcome guests, ensuring proper credentials are verified.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain stationery inventory.
  • Perform general administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Assist with organizing parent events, including managing invitations and reception tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous office experience (school office experience is a bonus but not required).
  • Strong ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bright, articulate, and capable of clear written communication.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Friendly, approachable, and easy-going personality.
  • Passionate about safeguarding and supporting young people.
