Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support for staff, students, and parents.
  • Manage school attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting, and support safeguarding protocols.
  • Coordinate and maintain school databases, including SIMS, ParentPay, and other relevant systems, to track student and staff information.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing school communications.
  • Supervise and train office staff, ensuring a positive and productive office environment while managing office resources and supplies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a school administrative role, with strong knowledge of office management and school procedures.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as SIMS, ParentPay, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
