Role Overview:
My client are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the commercial interior sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from 500K to 8M. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects within the city of London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project work, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Oversee approximately two projects at a time, depending on project value and complexity.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost control.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience at a Project Manager level within the commercial interior sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale interior fit-out projects.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within London and nationwide.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
