The Role:
As Clinic Manager, you will be at the forefront of the clinic's operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Recruiting, then leading and inspiring a team of skilled therapists and support staff to achieve excellence in their roles.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Fostering a culture of warmth, approachable, and engaging service!
