Attention Maintenance Operatives!
We are currently seeking dedicated Maintenance Operatives for immediate start at a vibrant student accommodation based around Manchester City Centre.
Here's what you can look forward to:
- Immediate start
- Temporary position: Thursday (tomorrow) to Sunday, possible for ongoing shifts
£12-13 per hour for your hard work and dedication.
Hours: 9.00 - 5.30pm
As a Maintenance Operative, here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, painting, and groundskeeping.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the property.
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role is preferred
