Buildzone UK are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. Buildzone UK predominantly operate in 4 sectors;

Insurance and Commercial, Education , Maintenance, Heritage

We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The projects will range in value from £100,000 to £1,000,000 plus

Duties- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively- Coordinate project team members- Utilise project management tools- Employ excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Willing and able to chair meetings

- Build professional and effective relationships with clients

Skills- Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of successful project delivery- Experience with content management systems to organise project documentation efficiently- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently- Take full responsibility for projects from start to finish whilst focusing on quality, time and cost

- Excellent communications skills

- Work closely with the project QS to ensure profitability is maximised
