�? Junior Process Improvement Analyst - Manchester City Centre - Hybrid - Up to £40,000 �?

DCS are working in partnership with an industry leader in law. In collaboration we are searching for a Junior Process Improvement Analyst to join their forward-thinking team, where you'll play a key role in driving transformation and improving processes within the legal sector. If you're dedicated to boosting efficiency and love collaborating with stakeholders to deliver real, impactful results, this role is perfect for you!

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and streamline business processes that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement process improvement strategies.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows to spot inefficiencies and areas for optimisation.
  • Serve as the Lean process design expert, helping legal teams integrate Lean methodologies.
  • Identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to enhance legal processes and increase operational efficiency.

? Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Transformation Team to align on broader legal efficiency programs.
  • Be the go-to expert for business process design and support.
  • Help deliver transformational change projects, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and governance.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and changes.
  • Lead project scoping and management for various process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to internal clients, enhancing the reputation of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partners and colleagues across the firm.
  • Embody the company's values-approachable, straightforward, supportive, and distinctive-in your daily work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and trust, handling sensitive information with care at all times.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, offering expert guidance across business services teams to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs as required and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is essential.
  • Extensive experience in process improvement within the legal industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within set timelines.
  • Experience with RPA and other automation tools to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster positive relationships.

Location: Manchester City Centre

Working model: Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 to 40,000
