We’re looking for an Events Manager to join a multi-award-winning company in Marlow! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for sales and event planning, this role is perfect for you.

This fabulous role involves weekend work (not every weekend) and flexibility around working hours.

The basic salary is around £24,000-£26,000 but you will earn 10% commission uncapped on everything above a threshold. So, lots of money to be earnt for the right person as well as a potential business/franchise opportunity further on down the line if that appeals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

?? Proactively reaching out to potential clients and venues to promote our business?? Managing sales and hitting targets with a strategic and enthusiastic approach?? Attending wedding fairs and networking with brides, grooms, and industry professionals?? Overseeing event logistics, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless execution?? Engaging with guests at events to deliver an exceptional customer experience?? Assisting with general administration and social media activities to enhance brand presence

What You’ll Need:

? Previous experience in hospitality, events, or sales? A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills? A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations? Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks? A car and valid driver’s license (to travel to events)
