The successful candidate will have some previous office experience and be able to work in a busy and fast paced role.

The role is hybrid and paying £25k with superb benefits package. They offer excellent training and career development.

Duties include

  • Responsible for tracking and collecting rebates to ensure they are accurate and paid on time
  • Onboarding New Suppliers - Assessing the requirements for onboarding new suppliers followed by full onboarding process once an application is approved
  • Reporting - Analyse procurement trends utilising internal reporting
  • Drive best practises within the business around preferred supplier routes
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Working with UK and Multi-National supply chains

Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Confident at building relationship with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Ability to run reports and analyse data using Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ambition to succeed
