Your Role:

You'll be working closely with young people, guiding them as they transition to independence, ensuring their pathway plans cover essential aspects like health, education, employment, and relationships. You will make a real difference in the lives of cared for and care-experienced young people as they move towards adulthood.



Who We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Social Worker with a BSc in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a children's social work setting
