Pay Rate: 20 Per Hour
We are seeking a dedicated Caseworker to join our Public Health Recovery Solutions team. The successful candidate will work with individuals facing multiple needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, and domestic abuse. This role is crucial in providing intensive, trauma-informed, and strength-based support to individuals who often face barriers in accessing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate cases for individuals with complex needs, using a recovery-oriented approach.
- Engage with service users to complete comprehensive assessments, develop personalized support plans, and monitor progress.
- Work collaboratively across multi-agency partnerships to ensure seamless access to services.
- Provide persistent and assertive support to maintain engagement, reduce risks, and achieve positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by homelessness, substance misuse, or domestic abuse.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and collaborate with a range of services.
- Knowledge: Understanding of trauma, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislative frameworks.
