Position: Service Support Advisor (Inbound Calls & Support)Location: Milton Keynes Type: Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00) and one Saturday to be worked each month on a rota basis.

Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer calls and emails, handling inbound queries with expertise and a friendly approach.
  • Logging calls and keeping customers in the loop with ETAs and job progress updates.
  • Providing timely communication on the status of repair calls, including any delays or changes.
  • Resolving customer complaints with patience, professionalism, and a focus on providing a first class customer experience.

  • A Calm and Confident Communicator: You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, keeping cool under pressure and providing clear, concise updates.
  • Experienced Customer Service Pro: You’ve already been in an inbound customer service role, and you know how to manage customer expectations while providing outstanding service.
  • Organised & Methodical: You’re the type of person who enjoys keeping things structured and ensuring every task gets done efficiently.
  • Able to Juggle & Prioritise: Time management is key, and you can seamlessly handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Team Player: You work well with others, always collaborating to solve problems and improve the customer experience.
  • Self-Motivated: You take initiative, are proactive, and are always looking for ways to improve.
