Description

  • Delivering efficient and accurate payroll processing for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Handling payroll queries and providing expert advice.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll-related legislation.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records.
  • Liaising with clients and building strong relationships.
  • Continuously improving payroll processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring SSP, SMP and other statutory payments and calculations
  • Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
  • Managing any payroll changes to the time and attendance systems
  • Administer the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for Employees

Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be confident with the duties and responsibilities listed above.

Job Offer

Salary up to 28,500 per annum + Permanent opportunity + Hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home) + excellent staff benefits + Accessible location with free parking + CIPP study support available.
