Our Client:A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a friendly Public Sector organisation as they embark on a programme of organisational change.You will be joining a supportive HR team to deliver a strategic customer focused service.
  • Duration: 6 months.

  • Must have local government experience.
The Role:
  • Building strong relationships with key service areas. Understanding the needs of these areas, and providing solutions while utilising the full resources of the people management team.
  • Providing guidance, support, and resources to leaders and employees, ensuring they understand and embrace the changes.
  • Responsibility for sourcing solutions across people management, and other key services, to meet specific workforce needs and for the wider organisation.
  • Contribution to the directorate and service business plans, maintaining key contact with management teams and developing a strong understanding of service people management.
  • Actively supporting best practice people management, while meeting the requirements of plan priorities.
  • Contributing to the planning, development and promotion of corporate and strategic initiatives, working flexibly across all professional areas of the people management service.
