Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a regional sales team, driving performance and exceeding targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Essential: Experience in construction hire sales.
- Preferred: Knowledge of powered access equipment.
- Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
