James Phillip Financial Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful expanding Chartered Wealth brokerage. They are looking for an Account Manager to support the team with all non-advice activities.
General Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining client files and ensuring all paperwork is filed / scanned correctly
- Adding new clients onto Enable back office system and creating activity entries, as required.
- Ensuring your activities on Enable are kept up to date daily.
- Ensuring back office systems are kept up to date and particularly at valuation point and if there have been any changes in the clients’ circumstances.
- Requesting and collating administration forms and ensuring these are chased as necessary.
- Day to day processing of application forms and administration forms for Wealth Management.
- Following up all faxes and forms sent, to confirm safe receipt and anticipated turnaround time.
- Chasing underwriting position weekly for all protection cases.
- Ensuring the cheque register is kept up to date and is accurate.
- Maintaining records of all client and administrative contact; retaining on file and inputting on back office system.
- Producing valuations for Financial Planner(s) review meetings
- Creating meeting packs and meeting cover sheet for the Financial Planner(s)
Role will suit a candidate who has a couple of years IFA or mortgage experience.
Qualifications Required - Ideally all if not at least a couple of the following - FA1, FA2, R01, CF1
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
