- Collaborating with stakeholders - you'll ensure a smooth and effective running of the department.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and deliver comprehensive financial reporting.
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Developing and overseeing the annual budget and managing financial and operational risks
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and audit preparation.
- Supporting and advising the business as a Finance Business Partner
- Coach, lead and develop team membersÂ
- Drive cash flow and treasury management strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Identify process improvements and design and implement solutions.
- You'll have extensive accounts experience with great knowledge of accounting procedures and working within a quality framework.Â
- You'll need to be ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- A natural team player with a passion for developing, coaching and leading finance teams with experience of delivering effective formal performance reviews.
- High levels of communication skills, adapting style and content to your audience.
- Outstanding organisation with an ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
- Strong decision-making skills.
