Our client operates across sites in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire and are seeking to appoint a Head of HR in a newly created role.  Working as part of the senior leadership team, the Head of HR will lead and ensure the vision, mission, values and strategic planning are aligned and supported through the work they do with their people.The opportunity:Lead the design, development and delivery of the HR strategy to ensure that the best people are in the right roles.Provide strategic advice and professional HR support to the Senior Leadership team on all people management issues in line with the organisation's vision and values.Act as the change agent in managing organisational change related to professional HR activitiesWork with the Senior managers to further develop the HR and people strategic planning, creating a culture and environment where employees feel valued, motivated and supported to excel.Manage the contract and relationship with external HR provider driving value and promoting pro-active and responsive professional relationship.Lead, implement, and evaluate a range of HR programmes, transactions, processes, policies and procedures that facilitate a culture where our employees can grow, learn and innovate in a supportive environment.Are you:CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualifiedExperience of working with senior leaders to develop people strategy and solutions to meet business outcomes.Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and operate as part of the leadership team .Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.An intuitive, analytical and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices.This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping the HR offering across the organisation and influence the shaping of the strategy to support business. In return, they offer to support your work and ideas and allow you to flourish in your role, as they appreciate that this will then allow others within the organisation to do so too.
