Sonic Summary

We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for our family-run business in Norwich city centre.
This temporary ongoing position requires working on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
The role offers a pay rate of £12.00 per hour.
Candidates must have previous customer service experience and will handle inquiries via inbound calls and emails, without quoting prices.
This is an in-office role with no options for remote or hybrid working.

We are seeking a part time Sales Advisor who will operate as the first point of contact for the family ran business in Norwich city centre.

This opportunity is temporary on-going, with the working days of Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 09:00-17:00.

Paying £12.00ph.

Main duties will include (but not limited to):

Supporting with taking enquiries from inbound calls and emails.
Enquiries around their services, taking initial details however you wont be required to quote prices on the phone.

Previous Customer Service experience is essential.

This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
