We are seeking a cover supervisor to join a secondary school based in Okehampton.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
- Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's overall success.
Requirements:
- Experience in UK schools
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Goodcommunication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
We also welcome CVs from those with teaching assistant experience, as well as qualified teacher's.
You will need an enhanced dbs on the update service.
