Are you an experienced, proactive and efficient Administrator, with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a busy and varied role supporting colleagues?

If so, we have just registered a brilliant temporary role with one of our highly regarded clients. This will be a varied and responsible assignment.

Starting as soon as possible, the successful candidate will be working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, in Central Oxford. There is no parking available, so do bear this in mind when applying.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Office Coordinator Requirements

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced office setting, assisting with a range of clerical tasks.
  • To be successful in this role, it will be critical that your CV demonstrates extensive and complex diary management skills, booking meetings in the UK and abroad.
  • Friendly and organised, this role will require constant interaction with other members of the company - you should relish the opportunity to communicate with a broad range of people.
  • It will be key that you can use the MS Office suite to an advanced standard and are confident when picking up new systems.

Location

Our client is based in Oxford (OX2) – there is no parking on site, so you must be able to reach the offices on public transport.
