About the role

As the Office Manager, youll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly. Your day will involve reaching out to leads via email, handling business enquiries over the phone, and coordinating engineers' diaries using ServiceM8. Youll be the organisational backbone, making sure no detail is missed, and ensuring the team can focus on delivering excellent service to customers.

Our client is a well-established company specialising in renewable heating solutions, known for their commitment to high-quality service and innovation. Theyre a small, dynamic team that prides itself on being forward-thinking and customer-focused. As part of their growth, they are looking for an Office Manager who can help streamline processes and contribute to their continued success.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm. The role is primarily office-based, but there is the potential for fully remote working for the right candidate.

Key duties

  • Contacting leads via email and handling customer business enquiries over the phone.

  • Managing and organising engineers' schedules using ServiceM8.

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and supporting the team.

  • General administrative tasks to support business processes.

Key requirements

  • Previous admin experience within a trade business is essential.

  • Familiarity with ServiceM8 is a benefit but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
