Randstad Education are looking for an enthusiastic and committed School Administrative Officer to join as soon as possible. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Summary:

As the School Administrator, you will be the backbone of our school’s operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day management of administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth communication, handling data management, and supporting staff and parents with their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school’s daily operations, including student records, schedules, and communications.

  • Coordinate with teaching staff to streamline classroom needs and administrative support.

  • Oversee admissions processes, student enrolments, and attendance monitoring.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage the school database.

  • Assist in planning school events, meetings, and other activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is essential.
