Reporting to the Head of ECO, you will lead a team responsible for managing ECO submissions, ensuring all projects are fully compliant and submitted to funding partners within expected timescales. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of compliance and delivering results.

Description

Previous experience with Government Grants and ECO administration is essential to be considered. Any additional training required will be provided on our internal systems.

  • Leading and mentoring a team to ensure smooth ECO submissions and compliance processes.
  • Ensuring communication with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure an exceptional level of service
  • Processing Government Grant ECO submission packs to funders in a timely manner
  • Resolution of compliance issues
  • Project management and record keeping
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain stakeholder records

Profile

  • Proven experience in compliance within a previous ECO organisation (Essential)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and collaboration.
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyse needs and provide effective solutions
  • Looking to enhance within the expanding renewable energy market.
  • Requires availability 1 in 3 saturdays
