CMA is working in partnership with a people focused business to source an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic business. Based in Portsmouth, this hybrid role offers flexibility, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

As Payroll Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for all employees. You’ll manage a high-volume workload, working closely with various departments to ensure payroll runs smoothly and in line with legal requirements. Your leadership will help drive efficiency and best practices within the team, while also serving as the business's go-to expert for payroll systems and processes.
