We are looking for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist on a contract basis, initially for 6 months.

The Automotive Technical Support Specialist will be based at the manufacturers UK head office, providing technical support to dealerships throughout the UK. Using your vehicle experience gained from either working within a vehicle engineering environment, or perhaps a dealership, where have been working as a Master Technician. You will have the ability to help diagnose and solve complex vehicle issues, by providing phone based technical support.

This role is offered on a contract basis, based in Hertfordshire and offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 work from home.

Essential Skills/Requirements

Must have good vehicle knowledge covering all aspects of the vehicle
Good communication skills / relationship building
Confident dealing with complex issues
Good PC skills
Full UK Driving Licence
