Role: Caretaker
Location: Rochdale
Qualiteach is looking for an experienced and skilled caretaker to work at a local secondary school in the Rochdalearea. This role is due to begin on 23/09/2024 and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis.
The school are looking for someone who has previously worked as a caretaker/ site manager.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a caretaker/ site manager
- Previous experience working in an education setting preferred
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks
- Opening and closing the school
- Being responsible for security
- Key-holder
- Liaising with various 3rd parties
- Responsible for all aspects of health & safety
- Taking deliveries for the school
- Assisting with setting up facilities
- Right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
