Reed Legal are delighted to recruiting on the behalf of a dynamic, successful, thriving firm that require an extra pair of hands in their Litigation department.

Hours: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

Location: Romford

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

Daily role

  • Offer comprehensive legal services in civil and commercial litigation, including commercial disputes, property and landlord-tenant issues, residential tenancy matters, contentious probate, personal injury claims, and insolvency and debt collection, with a cohesive approach across related departments.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation, ensuring client confidentiality and regular updates on case progress.
  • Engage in business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives, to maintain and generate new business opportunities.
  • Adhere to professional conduct standards set by regulatory bodies, recognizing conflicts of interest and preventing money laundering.
  • Foster strong client relationships through understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service, including handling enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Adherence to the firm's procedures, commitment to IT and office systems, engagement in personal development, and openness to new processes are essential for professional growth and compliance.

Required experience / qualifications

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor – CILEX and SQE also accepted
  • NQ – PQE considered
  • Must have worked within Litigation at a Law Firm within recent years
  • Experienced in both civil and commercial litigation
