We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-respected advisory firm in Royston, looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support their management team.

What will you be doing?In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the HR function, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and organising personnel records
- Updating internal databases (e.g. recording sick leave and maternity leave)
- Preparing HR documents, such as contracts and onboarding materials
- Assisting with updates to company policies and the staff handbook
- Answering employee queries on HR-related matters
- Supporting payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences, sick days, and work schedules)
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting with the hiring process
- Managing and keeping records of staff training and apprenticeships
- Overseeing the company LinkedIn and Indeed accounts as needed
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
