What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the HR function, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and organising personnel records
  • Updating internal databases (e.g. recording sick leave and maternity leave)
  • Preparing HR documents, such as contracts and onboarding materials
  • Assisting with updates to company policies and the staff handbook
  • Answering employee queries on HR-related matters
  • Supporting payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting with the hiring process
  • Managing and keeping records of staff training and apprenticeships
  • Overseeing the company LinkedIn and Indeed accounts as needed
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
